Growing Independent Insurance Agency is seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Account Manger. Insurance Experience IS required. We prefer Pacific Standard Time Zone. This role will be focusing on servicing clients needs as it relates to their policies. Policy Reviews, Endorsement Council, Engagement Activities, Cross Sell, etc. The role offers considerable growth and earning potential, as we have both sales commission and bonus opportunities in addition to our base pay. The Personal Lines Account Account Manager is required to perform essential functions according to the standard operating procedures developed by the agency and industry standards. We are a remote environment but we do engage in several "events" online to help keep the team connected.

Requirements

Insurance Experience IS required
Demonstrate ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Should be detail oriented and excel in follow through
Effectively work in a team environment, promoting a professional, courteous and supportive environment
Demonstrate ability to follow standard operating procedures
Demonstrate ability to process high volume transactions in a fast paced customer service environment
High School Diploma required
2 or more years customer service experience in the insurance industry is Required
Must be able to obtain or have (and maintain) a Washington Property & Casualty License
