About The Position

As a Property Care Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has an EXTRAordinary hospitality experience. This role involves leading training and onboarding for Inspectors and Portfolio Managers, coaching various teams (Inspectors, Portfolio Managers, Housekeeping, and Maintenance), and guiding Portfolio Managers in identifying and tracking maintenance and vendor activities. You will also define, implement, and monitor quality standards, SOPs, and inspection flows, and develop and execute a Quality Plan based on real-time feedback, reviews, recoveries, and extra service opportunities. Additionally, you will lead morning meetings, support cross-team alignment, and oversee owner arrivals with an ownership lens, partnering with Operations to review and follow up on 30/60/90-day plans.
