The Lockton Southeast Series Property Team is seeking an Account Executive to manage the marketing and service needs for a designated book of Lockton clients with a significant Property risk profile. These clients often require a high degree of complexity and/or sophistication in coverage and service. The position reports to the Property Practice Lead, but the Account Executive is expected to work independently, adhering to Lockton Property Practice policies and procedures. The Southeast Series Property Team fosters collaborative relationships with internal and external clients, providing data analysis, advice, troubleshooting, loss control, and claims support. A successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to multitask and adapt to change under tight deadlines, strong time management and prioritization skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a desire to grow within the property insurance space. Key knowledge areas include various property program structures (shared and layered), the global property marketplace (fronted programs, admitted and non-admitted global coverages), and natural catastrophe modeling with the ability to interpret data for client exposures and programs. The role requires effective collaboration with internal teams (Southeast Series Team and National Property Practice) and external clients.
