About The Position

As a Property Associate at JLL, you will serve as the primary administrative point of contact for an industrial portfolio. You will provide accounting and financial support, maintain positive tenant relations, and deliver customer service. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to begin a career in commercial property management while working alongside experienced professionals. The position requires an on-site presence in Memphis, Tennessee. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of work experience in an office environment, preferably in commercial real estate or property management.
• 1–2 years of work experience in a customer service or customer-facing position.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to grow within the commercial real estate industry.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants by responding to inquiries, processing service requests, and coordinating maintenance issue resolution.
• Support the property management team with data entry, document preparation, and maintenance of property records and databases.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, certificates of insurance, invoice coding, and other financial tasks.
• Coordinate vendors and manage work orders to support timely completion of maintenance and repairs.
• Help prepare monthly reports, financial summaries, and property performance updates for senior management and clients.
• Support lease administration, including tenant move-in processes, document filing, and communication coordination.
• Assist with tenant events, building communications, and community engagement initiatives.
• Provide backup reception support, mail distribution, and general office operations as needed.
• Perform other tasks required by property management agreements, local ordinances, or to ensure property operations.
