About The Position

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Property Assistant to join our regional operations team in our brand new James of Wroxham studio. In this role, you’ll take accountability for maintaining exceptional cleaning standards across a defined geographic patch, ensuring our holiday homes consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences. Our managed service takes the stress away from letting out a holiday home — covering cleaning, maintenance and guest readiness — so our homeowners can relax knowing everything is taken care of. As Property Assistant, you’ll play a key role in making that promise a reality.

Requirements

• A full, clean UK driving licence
• A strong focus on quality, thoroughness, and accountability
• Experience working with third-party suppliers or service partners
• Confidence using data and feedback to inform decisions and improvements
• A proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented approach

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver high cleaning standards across your assigned property portfolio
• Collaborate with third-party cleaning teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to continuously enhance the guest experience
• Partner with property owners to recommend and support property improvements
• Analyse performance data to drive quality, cost, and process improvements
• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing supply of cleaning partners to meet current and future demand
• Ensure properties consistently meet Awaze cleanliness and presentation standards
• Build strong relationships with cleaning partners to drive performance and engagement
• Improve guest satisfaction scores related to cleanliness
• Strengthen owner confidence through proactive communication and improvement suggestions
• Contribute to operational efficiency and cost control across the region
