About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Property/Asset Journeyman to join our team in the greater DMV area, supporting the Army National Guard. Responsibilities Maintain baseline inventories of hardware, software, circuits, and related assets across the enterprise; update authoritative asset records and inventory databases. Track lifecycle, refresh schedules, warranty status, spare parts, RMAs, and end‑of‑life disposition to sustain operational readiness. Reconcile fielded equipment baselines with program leadership, COR/TPOC, NOC/NOSC, and engineering teams; investigate and resolve discrepancies. Manage property accountability actions: DD Form 250 validation, receipt verification, transfers, barcoding, hand‑receipts, and disposition in compliance with government policy. Support modernization and transition activities by documenting displaced equipment, updating WBS/PMP artifacts, and coordinating repurposing or redistribution. Produce asset reports, lifecycle summaries, billing/inventory outputs, and logistics documentation for PMRs, audits, COOP sustainment, and change/release activities. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, engineering, and operations to align acquisition planning, fielding, and sustainment of mission‑critical equipment. Maintain audit‑ready records and evidence for CPSR/inspections and support corrective actions and process improvements. #ENOCS Qualifications Qualifications 2 years with BS/BA; 0 years with MS/MA; 6 years with no degree Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance. Candidate must meet ONE of the following: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field; OR Relevant government/military training (examples: DAU ACQ 101; Army Property Book Officer Course; DPAS Training); OR Relevant professional certification or equivalent experience (examples: IAM Certificate; CHAMP; CAPM; CompTIA Project+). Required experience and skills: Property/asset management, logistics, or inventory control experience supporting government or large enterprise programs. Hands‑on experience with DPAS or equivalent property/accountability systems, asset tagging/barcoding, DD250 processes, and inventory reconciliation. Requirements

  • 2 years with BS/BA; 0 years with MS/MA; 6 years with no degree
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance.
