About The Position

Brightway Insurance is seeking a Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Producer with a valid 2-20 Florida license to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance to individuals by using consultative sales techniques.

Requirements

• Must currently hold a valid 2-20 Florida Insurance License.
• Ability to commute to the Tamarac, FL office.
• Ability to work onsite Monday to Friday from 9-5.
• High School Diploma.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a semi-autonomous, fast-paced environment.
• Analytical skills to understand complex coverage details and underwriting guidelines.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a high-paced sales environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Selling Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance to individuals using consultative sales techniques.
• Identifying prospective customers using established lead methodologies for new business.
• Counseling and advising prospects and policyholders on matters of insurance coverage tailored to their specific situational needs.
• Developing and maintaining business relationships.
• Participating in various incentive programs and contests designed to drive sales and exceed production goals.
• Exceeding sales goals for volume of quality new business quoted and written within company guidelines.
