Property and Casualty Account Manager
About The Position
Copeland Insurance Group is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Property & Casualty Insurance Account Manager to join their team. This role involves networking with potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering suitable products and policies. The primary goal is to ensure a positive client experience and match customers with the correct product and carrier, while also meeting sales targets. The company has been serving Americans since 1964 from its headquarters in Longview, Texas, and is known for its personal, service-driven approach. Requirements
- General Property & Casualty Insurance License-TEXAS preferred, but not required
- Proficient in Agency Account Management Software (Ex: Applied Epic, PL Rater)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High School Diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Network and build relationships with potential clients
- Understand the individual needs of the clients and recommend suitable insurance policies
- Complete all necessary paperwork related to insurance policies
- Stay up to date with changes in insurance products, compliance and regulations
- Maintain records of insurance policies sold and prospective clients
- Address and resolve clients’ complaints and queries promptly and professionally
