About The Position

The Property Analyst identifies appropriate business solutions through strategic tracking and analysis and supports business requirements. The role maintains the integrity of those requirements throughout project and program lifecycles. As part of Citizens’ Property team, the analyst supports Facility Managers, Technical Operations Managers, and Project Managers carrying out operational expense activities and capital projects across the portfolio. The position supports operational and capital spending, program and project tracking, reporting, and operational risk, while using applications such as Famis360, Ariba, and Lucernex to help continuously improve service delivery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement for the Facility Manager and Project Manager teams, including purchase orders, sourcing requests, change orders, and invoice approvals.
• Manage and report financials in associated technology software.
• Reconcile vendor and project commitment reporting.
• Configure new expenses and projects and manage updates in associated technology software.
• Coordinate with vendors, Facility Managers, and Project Managers on orders, installations, site visits, and end-to-end task completion.
• Contribute to the development of standard processes and risk guidelines, including Methods of Procedures (MOPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
