Our Property and Development team plays a critical role in bringing BaptistCare’s mission to life through future focused, sustainable, and fit for purpose infrastructure. As a Property Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of strategy, data, and impact, shaping the decisions that guide our national property portfolio and ultimately enable better care for those we serve.

Requirements

  • Experience in property analysis, valuation, leasing or asset management
  • Strong financial modelling skills (DCF, IRR) and advanced Excel capability
  • Natural ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights
  • Attention to detail, strong writing skills, and a commitment to quality outcomes
  • A collaborative mindset - you build relationships and influence with authenticity
  • Interest in using your skills to create meaningful impact in community or care environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Property, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in aged care, retirement living, or community housing is welcomed but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality financial modelling, analysis and business cases that inform key decisions
  • Provide market insights and research to support portfolio strategy and optimisation
  • Contribute to asset strategy plans, pricing reviews, refurbishments and capital investment initiatives
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to bring clarity, rigour and insight to complex decisions
  • Help shape a portfolio that supports growing and evolving community needs across Australia.
