About The Position

The Property Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports for a portfolio of properties, posting journal entries, managing cash, processing month-end closing reports, and handling external reporting. Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Experience with financial accounting software
• Strong accounting skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with a customer service mindset
• Prior general ledger experience
• Ability to multitask
• Strong analytical skills
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting
