Propane Delivery Driver
About The Position
This position is responsible for safe, efficient, and reliable service work and delivery of propane and other energy products to agriculture, farm, commercial, and residential customers. The five key roles are transportation and delivery of propane and/or refined fuels; vehicle, equipment, and facility maintenance; service work; customer service; and on-call duties. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, meet the driver qualification standards established by the self-insured group in which the cooperative is a member, and comply with Crystal Valley’s drug and alcohol policy. Pre-employment drug testing is required: a five-panel test that includes THC for CDL jobs and a four-panel test that excludes THC for non-CDL jobs. Crystal Valley is a full-service cooperative with 180 full-time employees at 16 locations serving livestock producers and crop farmers in south central Minnesota. It provides products and services in agronomy, energy, feed, and grain.
Requirements
- Valid CDL driver’s license with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
- Current Department of Transportation (DOT) medical certification.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Meet the driver qualification standards established by the self-insured group in which the cooperative is a member.
- Comply with Crystal Valley’s drug and alcohol policy.
- Pass the applicable pre-employment drug test: five-panel including THC for CDL jobs, or four-panel excluding THC for non-CDL jobs.
Responsibilities
- Transport and deliver propane and/or refined fuels.
