As Fliff continues to expand across sportsbook, daily fantasy sports, social gaming, and future gaming experiences, promotions remain one of the most powerful tools for influencing customer behavior, driving engagement, and creating differentiated player experiences. We’re looking for a Promotions Strategy Manager who understands how incentives influence customer behavior and can help shape the future of promotional strategy at Fliff. The Promotions Strategy Manager will help determine what offers Fliff runs, who receives them, how success is measured, and how promotional spend can be optimized to drive customer engagement and long-term value. This role sits at the intersection of promotional strategy, customer behavior, analytics, competitive intelligence, and operational execution. You will partner closely with Lifecycle Marketing, Product, Analytics, Finance, Compliance, and VIP teams to develop and optimize promotional programs that support business growth while maintaining sustainable economics.
