Promotions Assistant
About The Position
Salem Media Group is currently looking for part-time help with our on-site promotional events. Promotions Assistants should have outgoing, friendly and engaging personalities – as they will be interacting with our listeners and the general public. An eye for detail and the ability to proactively problem solve are also traits that make for an exceptional Promotions Assistant. This part time position will typically work 10-20 hours per week depending on scheduling needs. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in a career in public relations, event marketing, broadcasting, or another communications fields.
Requirements
- Unquestionable Work ethic
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Availability on weekends and possibly some weekdays
Responsibilities
- Assist the Promotions Department with the execution of our events
- Engage with our listeners and advertisers on a daily basis
