About The Position

We are currently hiring Entry-Level Promotional Marketing Assistants to join our growing team supporting charity partners in the Pleasanton area. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, entry-level candidates, and career changers who want hands-on experience in live events, community outreach, and promotional marketing. No extensive experience is required — we provide full training, mentorship, and real-world exposure in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. As a Promotional Marketing Assistant, you will help plan, coordinate, and execute charity-focused marketing campaigns and live promotional events designed to increase awareness and support fundraising efforts for nonprofit organizations. You will work closely with a supportive team to create engaging in-person experiences that connect communities with meaningful causes.

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in marketing, communications, advertising, sales, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, promotions, marketing, or sales (internships and entry-level experience welcome)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, setting up, and executing promotional marketing events and charity activations
  • Help increase awareness and encourage donations for nonprofit partners
  • Set up promotional displays, signage, and visual materials at event locations
  • Distribute marketing and outreach materials to the public
  • Support donor engagement and basic fundraising activities during events
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service and public interaction
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and community members
  • Assist with administrative, organizational, and event coordination tasks as needed
