Requirements

• Passionate about nonprofit work, charity marketing, or community involvement
• Outgoing, friendly, and confident in face-to-face communication
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communicators

• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed
• 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Available for evening and weekend event schedules

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations at community events, fundraising campaigns, and outreach initiatives
• Assist with event setup, registration, logistics, and breakdown
• Engage with the public to promote charitable causes, donations, and volunteer opportunities
• Support the creation and distribution of promotional and event marketing materials
• Track and report key engagement metrics, including attendance and donations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution and fundraising performance
• Participate in ongoing training to develop skills in nonprofit marketing and public engagement
