About The Position

Resilient Enterprises is a community outreach and event marketing firm that partners with nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations to increase public awareness, generate community support, and create meaningful impact through live promotional events and outreach campaigns. We are currently hiring an Entry Level Promotional Events Assistant to join our growing team. This role is perfect for energetic, outgoing, and motivated individuals looking to gain experience in event marketing, promotions, customer engagement, communications, and nonprofit outreach. No prior experience is required — we provide paid training, mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Outgoing personality with strong people skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Interest in event marketing, promotions, communications, or nonprofit outreach

Nice To Haves

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, coordination, and execution of promotional events and community outreach campaigns
• Represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations at live events and public engagement initiatives
• Interact with community members to educate the public on nonprofit missions and fundraising efforts
• Support event marketing and promotional activities to increase awareness and participation
• Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships through face-to-face communication
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure successful event operations
• Learn promotional marketing, communication, leadership, and outreach strategies
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
• Help achieve campaign goals through teamwork, engagement, and performance
