The Promotional Coordinator will manage and maintain the internal company store for promotional items, create artwork and design materials, oversee ordering and replenishment of promotional inventory, and maintain relationships with promotional vendors and suppliers. This role involves tracking and managing inventory levels, coordinating logistics across all company locations, and supporting promotional items across internal departments and stakeholders. The coordinator will collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute new promotional initiatives, research industry trends, and ensure timely delivery and distribution of promotional materials. Additionally, they will maintain organized records, participate in required meetings and training, and perform other related duties as assigned. The position requires strong communication skills in English and the ability to follow directions promptly.
