About The Position

The Prolink Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facility. This position is responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of products, maintaining inventory integrity and supporting overall supply chain effectiveness. The associate will collaborate closely with team members to meet daily operational goals, ensuring timely order fulfillment and shipment preparation. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are paramount to maintaining a secure and organized warehouse environment. Ultimately, this role contributes directly to customer satisfaction by supporting seamless logistics and inventory management processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Basic math and reading skills to accurately process orders and inventory data.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills daily to ensure efficient handling of inventory and order fulfillment.
  • Attention to detail is essential when inspecting shipments and verifying product accuracy to prevent errors.
  • Physical stamina and safe operation of warehouse equipment are critical for managing the movement and storage of goods.
  • Communication skills facilitate effective collaboration with team members and supervisors to maintain smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments to ensure product quality and quantity.
  • Organize and store inventory in designated locations to optimize warehouse space and accessibility.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer specifications.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse to comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records.
