As a Projects Intern/Trainee, you will offer operational support to projects by managing specific project management tasks assigned by the Project Manager. This role is ideal for a current student or recent graduate available to work full-time, year-round, and who is authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Requirements

Currently a student pursuing your Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
Currently a student enrolled in courses pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Excel and Google Applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide operational support to one or more projects by fully or partially taking over specific project management tasks assigned by the Project Manager.
Support the project starting phase, including creation of Project handbook & Communication plan execution, SLI-R setup, complete setup of L1 & L2 schedules, PRKF organization, Data Protection & Export control.
Support the project execution phase, including Clean Project Plan status tracking, Change Request Management, Budget tracking (internal hours & costs), Schedule monitoring, Financial reporting, Project Quick Response, Quality Control & SLI-R update.
Act as a STR and SiPH role model, including Project's SiPH tailoring and support, and STR Key User role & active exchange with the PMO network.
