About The Position

Thank you for your interest in joining our team at Lynch Cleaning Contractors, Inc. We are currently seeking an experienced PROJECT WORK TECHNICIAN for weekend work and some nights during the week. We are looking for only the best, most reliable candidates, with an eye for quality. This is a great side job to earn extra money and join a great team. Work hours vary depending on projects.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Must be able to work standing up for long periods of time.
• Must have basic interpersonal skills: ability to work in the general public and communicate with coworkers and customers.
• Must be able to push or pull a minimum of 30 lbs.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must have experience in working in large commercial facilities
• Must have experience in operating professional floor care equipment
• Must have own vehicle
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks such as tile/grout cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor work (strip/wax/buff/burnish), window cleaning, high dusting and detail cleaning.
• Operate floor machines, auto scrubbers, extractors and specialty equipment.
