Lynch Cleaning Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Work Technician for weekend work and some nights during the week. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks in large commercial facilities. We are looking for reliable candidates who can operate specialized equipment and maintain high standards of quality. Requirements

Strong attention to detail.
Experience in working in large commercial facilities.
Experience in operating professional floor care equipment.
Must have basic interpersonal skills.
Must have own vehicle.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of tasks such as tile/grout cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor work (strip/wax/buff/burnish), window cleaning, high dusting and detail cleaning.
Operate floor machines, auto scrubbers, extractors and specialty equipment.
Work standing up for long periods of time.
Interact with the general public and communicate with coworkers and customers.
Push or pull a minimum of 30 lbs.
Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
