About The Position

We are looking for a Project Support Specialist to join our team in Casa Grande. In this vital role, you won't just be watching from the sidelines�you will be the primary guardian of our plant�s standards. You will lead, mentor, and oversee third-party contractors to ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment (Required).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proven ability to lead projects, communicate effectively with diverse teams, and solve problems on the fly.
• Comfort working with both technical contractor teams and site management.
• A "get the job done" mindset with the ability to adjust your schedule based on project timelines and onsite needs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary monitor for all onsite contractor projects, ensuring strict adherence to EHS&S (Safety) and GMP (Quality) standards.
• Serve as the "go-to" person for contractors, providing essential training on site-specific procedures and plant regulations.
• Conduct safety and quality checklists, oversee sanitation practices, and help keep projects on track.
• Assist with root-cause investigations if issues arise and implement solutions to prevent future hazards.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and prepare reports to keep plant leadership informed of project status.
