The Project Support Coordinator plays a key role in supporting warehouse and logistics operations for client projects. This position serves as a bridge between internal teams, suppliers, and client contractors to ensure materials are ordered, shipped, tracked, and updated efficiently through the company’s customized management software. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination and customer service skills, excellent English communication skills, and ideally Mandarin as well. This person should also have strong emotional intelligence and be able to handle different stakeholders and unexpected situations with professionalism, patience, and tact.
