About The Position

We are hiring a Project Superintendent to lead field operations for our construction projects. This position has direct responsibility for the safe, timely, and successful execution of the project—from initial site planning through final turnover. The Project Superintendent owns the day-to-day execution of the project in the field. You will lead Assistant Superintendents, Project Engineers, subcontractors, foremen, vendors, and other field personnel while coordinating closely with the Project Manager and the broader project team. You will be responsible for protecting the schedule, maintaining a safe jobsite, enforcing quality standards, managing site logistics, and ensuring the work is completed in accordance with the contract documents. When field problems arise, you will not simply report them. You will identify the issue, develop a solution, communicate the plan, and drive it through completion.
