Responsibilities

Lead all on-site construction operations from mobilization through closeout.
Coordinate subcontractors, schedule sequencing, inspections, and daily production to maintain flow and eliminate bottlenecks.
Maintain jobsite quality, safety, and cleanliness at a high standard consistent with luxury residential expectations.
Communicate daily with the Project Manager and proactively identify issues before they impact schedule or cost.
Own the jobsite--if something is off, you fix it or escalate it fast.
Schedule Execution: Maintain and drive the project schedule with weekly lookaheads and daily adjustments to ensure milestone adherence.
Trade Coordination: Manage and sequence subcontractors to eliminate downtime and conflicts, keeping production moving efficiently.
Quality Control: Enforce CRC quality standards and perform ongoing inspections to minimize punch list and rework.
Site Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite that reflects a high-end professional operation.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve field issues early, escalating appropriately to protect schedule and budget.
