About The Position

The Project Superintendent will oversee day-to-day field operations to ensure construction work is executed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. This role involves coordinating and supervising subcontractors, trades, and site personnel to maintain efficient workflow and productivity. The Superintendent is responsible for ensuring site safety regulations and compliance with OSHA and company standards, monitoring project progress, resolving field issues, and coordinating with project management to address changes or delays. Additionally, they ensure materials, equipment, and labor resources are properly planned, scheduled, and utilized on-site.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or associate degree in construction management or equivalent combination of degree/experience
• Proficiency in current computer programs, including Builder Trend
• Five plus years as a construction superintendent
• Goal-oriented, flexible, and ability to build a team
• Strong organizational and excellent problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, subcontractors and co-workers
• Strong verbal and written communication, comprehension, reasoning and decision-making skills
• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to move and transport objects up to 50 pounds and position self to complete required tasks
• Maintain professionalism, including the quality of work, punctuality, attendance, and attitude.
• Dependability, good judgment, and organizational skills are essential.
• Demonstrated initiative and a willingness to learn about the field are expected.
• Participate in educational opportunities to update job knowledge.
