Project Manager - Florida - Relocation Will Required
About The Position
A growing high-end cabinetry and millwork company is expanding its presence in Florida and is looking for a Project Superintendent to serve as the company’s primary field leader in the region. This is a critical role for the organization — the boots-on-the-ground representative responsible for ensuring projects are installed correctly, efficiently, and to the highest level of craftsmanship. The Project Superintendent will work closely with the Cabinet Project Manager , communicate directly with builders and contractors, manage installation subcontractors, and ensure the quality of every installation meets the company’s standards. Requirements
- Experience installing prefinished stained and painted trim, cabinetry, or millwork
- Strong understanding of finish carpentry and cabinet installation
- Experience coordinating with builders and managing subcontractors
- Ability to read plans and perform precise site measurements
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to perform hands-on installation work when needed
- High standards for craftsmanship and quality
- Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally in the field

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary field representative for cabinetry and millwork installations in Florida
- Coordinate directly with builders, site supervisors, and contractors
- Perform site measurements and job verification prior to installation
- Oversee and manage installation subcontractors
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure installations meet company standards
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and ensure projects stay on schedule
- Complete hands-on installation work when needed , particularly for complex or detailed projects
- Communicate regularly with the Cabinet Project Manager regarding project progress and field conditions
- Maintain strong relationships with builders and trade partners
