About The Position

Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Project Statistician (R2-R4) to support current and new products and processes, driving and sustaining statistical thinking and appropriate use of statistical methodologies. Provide statistical expertise, study design, and communicate data driven decisions for process improvements, method development and validation, assay transfer, and stability studies. Establish control strategies for manufacturing processes and analytical assays. Communicate study results and statistical concepts in one-on-one meetings, oral presentations, internal reports, and presentations at professional association meetings.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or related a STEM field
• 1 year of academic or employment experience with implementing statistical analyses and communicating results
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with statistical programming software, including SAS or R
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with investigating raw data issues identified during statistical analysis
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with regression analysis and experimental design
