Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years equivalent work experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative, manage competing priorities, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Technical aptitude for learning new software and systems

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the customer-facing technical expert across our products and solutions.
  • Partner with internal teams to execute customer deliverables.
  • Coordinate timelines, manage requests, and ensure all projects are meeting or exceeding the established metrics for contract, deadline, and quality standards.
  • Attend customer calls, provide regular updates to customers and internal teams, and work collaboratively to ensure customer success.
