About The Position

As a Project Specialist, you’ll be at the center of the action, driving execution across fast‑moving business channels and high‑impact projects that fuel the business unit’s success. You’ll take ownership as the lead on multiple initiatives, jump in to support fulfillment at every stage, and stay locked in with the sales team through hands‑on, day‑to‑day collaboration. This role is about momentum, precision, and pushing projects across the finish line while building real‑world sales experience along the way.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office -- Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with customers; ability to collaborate at all levels internally and externally.
  • Excellent at managing time, priorities, and expenses.
  • Able to work independently while being a team player

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business Administration, Finance, Sales and Marketing, or related field of study
  • Between 1-3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing in a beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate task details, planning, and execution.
  • Work with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with task requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Schedule meetings with internal and external project/tasks team members to identify and solve problems.
  • Maintain communication with all parties involved regarding project planning and ongoing status reports.
  • Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.
  • Facilitate reports and updates to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
  • Maintain written and personal communications with all stakeholders of business unit (BU) tasks and projects.
  • Generate reports to track the progress of projects and deliverables.
  • Manage business partner expectations and success.
