Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years of relevant project management experience.
- Military experience is considered as a substitute for relevant project management experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build rapport with contractors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate small-scale projects from start to finish.
- Analyze plans, specifications, and other project documents to develop accurate cost estimates.
- Manage each phase of the project—scheduling timelines, preparing detailed hardware schedules and drawings.
- Maintain consistent, proactive communication with contractors.
- Troubleshoot and address questions as they arise to keep projects on track.
- Handle order entry and processing through LaForce’s internal systems.
