About The Position

The Compliance Management Operations (CMO) team within the Business Ethics & Compliance organization collaborates with various business units (BUs) to provide tools and resources for effective compliance management. The Project Specialist will work with organizations to ensure adherence to CMO processes, including documentation, training, reporting, and follow-up. This role will support the Department Manager in Compliance Risk Management, the expansion of standardized regulatory administration, organizational regulatory intake within the designated software system. Also, the candidate will help develop Global Compliance Performance Metrics and conduct associated analyses to identify and implement compliance improvement plans as needed.

Responsibilities

Work with organizations to ensure adherence to CMO processes, including documentation, training, reporting, and follow-up
Support the Department Manager in Compliance Risk Management, the expansion of standardized regulatory administration, organizational regulatory intake within the designated software system
Help develop Global Compliance Performance Metrics and conduct associated analyses to identify and implement compliance improvement plans as needed
