About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring a Project Specialist for a 100% Remote position. This role involves overseeing small to medium functional projects or phases of larger projects, acting as a change agent to support positive change processes. The specialist will coordinate project work, analyze processes for continuous improvement, assess resource requirements, and serve as a liaison between departments. The position requires advanced Excel skills, the ability to build basic reporting dashboards, and create standard work. This is a remote role with no expenses or equipment provided.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
2 years of relevant experience of applicable business function experience or other related experience
2 years of relevant experience of related experience, preferably in project management
Critical Problem Solving
Critical Thinking
Data Literacy
Intermediate Excel

Responsibilities

Oversees small to medium sized, multi-faceted projects varying in complexity and involving cross functional experts.
Coordinates project work including project plans and schedules, and completes projects on time and within budget.
Analyzes and documents, processes, procedures and outcomes to seek continuous improvement.
Assesses resource requirements for project tasks and works with leaders of functional areas and subject matter experts to meet project plan deliverables.
Communicates, collaborates, networks and acts as a consultant to stakeholders/business partners in order to ensure continuity and coordination of services and appropriate utilization of resources.
Serves as a liaison for projects between various departments within the system.
Acts as a change agent to advance the knowledge and use of project management.
