About The Position

This role supports the execution and delivery of complex manufacturing projects within the nuclear sector, ensuring activities align with defined scope, cost, schedule, and quality commitments. It is a specialist-level individual contributor role focused on coordinating cross-functional project activities, tracking execution progress, supporting planning and reporting processes, and escalating risks or issues to maintain project performance. The role involves working across functional teams to support manufacturing execution and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen efficiency and project delivery outcomes. The position will be offered as an onsite role in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in nuclear industry manufacturing, engineering, or construction
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading project teams
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical discipline or equivalent
• Proficiency with project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP

Nice To Haves

• PMP certification
• P.Eng. in a relevant field

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of manufacturing projects to meet customer and contractual requirements
• Direct project teams to achieve cost, schedule, and quality objectives
• Monitor and manage project performance, including budget control and timeline adherence
• Escalate and resolve project risks and issues to maintain delivery commitments
• Manage project planning and reporting activities, including schedules and resource allocation
