About The Position

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Services Analyst to join our Project Services Multi-Market Service Team. This is an entry-level position and is based out of New York, NY. Supports the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules, forecasts, budgets, risks, changes, and performance metrics to help deliver projects successfully. Performs estimating, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, forecasting, reporting, cash flow monitoring, invoice processing, and financial tracking activities. Assists with procurement, bid evaluations, contract administration, change management, contractor coordination, and compliance monitoring. Maintains project records and databases, validates project information, prepares reports and analyses, and supports project communication and decision-making. Collaborates with project teams, clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to support project execution and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related field from an accredited college/university.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Prior internship experience in construction preferred
  • Experience with electronic takeoff software
  • Understanding of basic construction concepts and terminology preferred
