About The Position

This role supports the execution of regional business strategies and operational priorities by developing dashboards, scorecards, and operational reports that strengthen visibility and decision‑making. You will analyze financial, labor, operational, and customer‑experience data to identify trends and opportunities, while leading special projects and coordinating cross‑functional initiatives. The position prepares executive presentations, business reviews, and client‑facing materials, and ensures compliance with Sodexo policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements. You will support account startups, mobilizations, and transitions, partnering closely with Finance, HR, IT, Culinary, and Marketing teams. The role also tracks KPIs, recommends continuous improvement actions, and contributes to employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational communications. The Operations Support Manager serves as a strategic business partner to the Regional Vice President (RVP) and Vice President of Operations (VPO) team, providing operational leadership, analytics, project management, and administrative support across a large, fast‑moving account portfolio. This role strengthens client satisfaction, financial performance, and the successful execution of regional priorities and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, hospitality, food service, or business management.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support informed decision‑making.
  • Proven experience managing projects, timelines, and cross‑functional deliverables.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
  • Experience supporting or managing operations across multiple locations.
  • Ability to partner with Finance, HR, IT, Culinary, and Marketing teams while supporting engagement and leadership development.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years Minimum Management Experience
  • 3 years Minimum Functional Experience
