Project Scheduler (Construction) - 100% Onsite - Lebanon, IN
About The Position
Seeking a Project Scheduler to support a large-scale hyperscale data center campus development. This individual will work closely with Construction Managers, General Contractors, Trade Partners, and project leadership to develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules across multiple concurrent construction scopes. The Scheduler will identify schedule risks, manage critical path activities, coordinate construction sequencing, and support successful project delivery through all phases of construction, commissioning, and turnover. Experience in mission-critical, data center, or large-scale construction environments is highly preferred.
Requirements
- 5+ years of construction scheduling experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6.
- Experience supporting large commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, project controls, and schedule forecasting.
- Experience working in multi-contractor or multi-prime construction environments.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with data centers, critical facilities, or large campus developments preferred.
- Certifications such as AACE PSP, PMI-SP, PMP, or Oracle Primavera P6 Certification are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed Primavera P6 project schedules
- Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks and opportunities
- Coordinate schedule activities across multiple contractors, disciplines, and construction workstreams
- Track project progress against baseline schedules and provide forecasting updates
- Facilitate schedule review meetings and communicate schedule performance to stakeholders
- Support milestone planning, commissioning schedules, and turnover deliverables
- Develop mitigation and recovery plans for schedule delays and impacts
- Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports for project leadership
