LEMOINE, a Great Place to Work®-Certified company and ENR Top 400 Contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our Infrastructure Division. This role will support large-scale civil construction and infrastructure projects throughout Louisiana, including one of the company's most significant ongoing infrastructure operations in North Louisiana. Our Infrastructure Division specializes in Civil, Concrete, Municipal, Environmental & Water construction services across the Gulf South region. The Project Scheduler will play a critical role in planning, monitoring, and controlling project schedules to ensure successful project delivery. This position requires strong technical scheduling expertise, collaboration with field and project management teams, and the ability to provide accurate reporting and schedule analysis using Primavera P6. Position Summary The Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing detailed project schedules for complex civil and infrastructure construction projects. This individual will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, and subcontractors to ensure all project activities are accurately planned, tracked, and reported throughout the lifecycle of the project. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, Primavera P6, earned value management principles, and civil construction operations including earthwork, utilities, grading, and site development.
