About The Position

SAIC's Naval Business Unit provides Program Management support to the Combat Integration & Identification Systems (CI&IDS) Division at Webster's Outlying Field which develops, delivers, and sustains communication electronics and combat systems to the Warfighter. SAIC provides management support services to CI&IDS including project and financial management, resource planning, budgeting, organizational management, and post-award contract support. We are seeking a results-driven Business Operations Specialist to analyze and coordinate project schedules. Lead and execute the work in this functional area for designated project leads and interact collaboratively with project GPLs and IPT technical delivery leads to provide schedule planning, developing, updating and analyzing integrated master schedules. To coordinate and complete all project processes with project scheduling from requirements through delivery. This includes supporting and/or leading Integrated Product Team (IPT) activities, producing detailed reports. Duties to include tailoring standard tools to best support project scheduling and reporting. The journeyman level position requires direct interaction with customers and applying leadership skills for decision-making and solving scheduling issues.
