About The Position

IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, self-starting Project Scheduler to support the Redstone Arsenal Utility Helicopter Program Office in Huntsville, Alabama. The role requires handling multiple tasks and ensuring the Product Office life-cycle program plan is executable. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required; candidates must have at least 15 years of scheduling experience and a current Secret clearance.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of scheduling experience.
• Must currently hold a Secret clearance.
• Experience with Army project integration, contracting, and fielding.
• Ability to analyze project critical-path drivers.
• Experience with effective project scheduling for multidisciplinary Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
• Required experience with MS Project.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively with others.
• Desire to acquire new skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Primavera experience is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, integrate, and maintain project schedules and milestones from the Development and Modernization office in a single Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Analyze and track project interdependencies within the Product Office.
• Plan, update, and track contract schedules, including Systems Engineering reviews, periods of performance (PoPs), and contract awards.
• Conduct ongoing critical-path risk assessments and alert Integrated Product Team (IPT) members and Product Office Management to schedule conflicts and issues.
• Work with the Production and Fielding office to develop and integrate Modification Work Order (MWO) fielding schedules.
• Prepare information for presentations, training materials, and white papers.
• Participate in Integrated Baseline Reviews for the Development and Modernization product office.
