About The Position

RS&H is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI) programs across Colorado. The role is full-time and may be performed in a hybrid capacity from a local RS&H office. The posting also describes the position as remote, with proximity to Colorado hub offices in Denver, Loveland, or Colorado Springs preferred. The Project Scheduler develops, reviews, and analyzes Primavera P6 Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules and provides prospective and forensic schedule analysis. The role leads baseline schedule reviews, validating logic, durations, calendars, and critical path activities; analyzes monthly schedule updates; and prepares schedule review and status reports covering risks, delays, conflicts, and mitigation recommendations. The scheduler works with project teams and field staff to verify construction progress, reconcile schedule updates with field conditions and Daily Work Reports, and maintain schedule accuracy. Advanced analyses include Time Impact Analyses (TIA), revised construction sequencing, weather-related impacts, and coordination with adjacent projects. Periodic travel to project sites and client offices is approximately 10–25%, and field visits may involve active construction sites and outdoor conditions.
