Requirements

Must be a U.S. Citizen
Active TS/SCI Clearance
Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Training Management or Instruction role
Ability to Integrate with other organizations/teams
Ability to develop a highly effective working relationship with the customer

Nice To Haves

PM and MS Project experience
Experience with simulation technology - generally understood as a device or software that assists with training, such as web-based or computer-based training software or systems.

Responsibilities

Provide training evaluations that include assessments of and recommendations for improvements to system training, training equipment, simulator requirements, technical documentation, and equipment and simulator designs.
Experience with simulation technology - generally understood as a device or software that assists with training, such as web-based or computer-based training software or systems.
Support training required to execute test activities.
Assist with the delivery of operational and maintenance training.
Support the development of program specific handbooks and training courses (including computer-based training).
Assists in training, implementation and execution of policies, practices, and procedures through various venues, working groups, Integrated Process Teams (IPT), independent assessment visits, consultation visits, and tailored instruction.
