Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Training Management or Instruction role
  • Ability to Integrate with other organizations/teams
  • Ability to develop a highly effective working relationship with the customer

  • Experience with simulation technology - generally understood as a device or software that assists with training, such as web-based or computer-based training software or systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide training evaluations that include assessments of and recommendations for improvements to system training, training equipment, simulator requirements, technical documentation, and equipment and simulator designs.
  • Experience with simulation technology - generally understood as a device or software that assists with training, such as web-based or computer-based training software or systems.
  • Support training required to execute test activities.
  • Assist with the delivery of operational and maintenance training.
  • Support the development of program specific handbooks and training courses (including computer-based training).
  • Assists in training, implementation and execution of policies, practices, and procedures through various venues, working groups, Integrated Process Teams (IPT), independent assessment visits, consultation visits, and tailored instruction.
  • Other duties as assigned
