About The Position

As a frontline team member, you shape our customers' experience with All Weather. The last mile, the final yard – every day, you have the power to create positive and lasting memories in the hearts and minds of customers and homeowners by letting them know that they’re in your good hands. We’re hiring a Project Sales Support for our Edmonton Customer Solutions Centre. You’ll partner closely with sales to move projects from first estimate to final delivery, learning fast and leaning on a team that shows up for each other. As the go-to for estimation, order development, and project coordination, you help keep everything on track. From accurate quotes to smooth order management in our ERP system, your work helps deliver the kind of experience our customers count on, on time and built right.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in order entry, sales support, estimation, or project coordination; experience in construction or fenestration is preferred
  • Previous ERP experience required; experience with CORE ERP is preferred
  • Customer-first mindset with a professional, grounded approach
  • Clear communicator who builds strong working relationships
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills across both routine and complex tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable in ERP systems
  • Able to read technical drawings and understand construction practices

Nice To Haves

  • Post-secondary education in construction technology, estimating, sales, business administration, or a related field is an asset
  • Coursework or certification in blueprint reading, construction materials (windows/doors), or building science is an asset
  • Experience estimating from blueprints and completing site measurements is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Prepare estimates, quotes, and takeoffs from plans, including pricing, costs, and discounts to support Project Account Managers
  • Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and project documentation throughout the lifecycle
  • Prepare contracts and manage orders in CORE ERP ensuring accuracy from entry to final review
  • Support as a back up to sales with inquiries, small quotes, and team coverage as needed
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and coordinate solutions with Project Account Managers
  • Complete site measurements and provide on-site support when required
  • Coordinate shop drawings from request through revisions and approvals prior to ordering
  • Manage order changes and complete final takeoffs based on updated plans
  • Coordinate deliveries, logistics, and site services, including glazing and warranty support
  • Communicate clear updates and timelines across internal teams and external partners
