About The Position

Rieck Services is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Project Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with technical industry experience who enjoys building customer partnerships, developing solutions, and managing projects from concept to completion. In this role, you will combine business development, customer relationship management, and project oversight to help clients solve complex facility and system challenges across a variety of industries including commercial, healthcare, industrial, mission critical, education, government, and science and technology markets. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field preferred — or equivalent trade experience and training
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, project sales, or service project oversight
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Technical understanding of mechanical or electrical systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented mindset
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new customer relationships while expanding existing accounts
  • Promote and sell Rieck’s services across multiple market sectors
  • Conduct customer site visits to evaluate systems and identify project opportunities
  • Develop scopes of work, proposals, estimates, and cost-effective solutions
  • Manage projects from sales through completion, including materials, vendors, subcontractors, and project coordination
  • Collaborate with technical experts, operations teams, and marketing to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Monitor project profitability, billing, forecasting, and customer satisfaction
  • Utilize CRM software to manage and track all sales activities
  • Represent the Rieck brand through networking, presentations, and industry involvement
  • Build long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs and delivering value-driven solutions
