About The Position
You’ll be responsible for turning plumbing system needs into real solutions for customers. This position blends technical understanding with sales, helping clients make informed decisions about repair, replacement, and system improvements. You’re not just selling a job. You’re helping customers understand how their systems operate, what’s not working, and how to improve long-term performance and cost.
Requirements
- Experience with plumbing or mechanical systems, understanding of how systems operate
- Ability to read drawings, build estimates, connect scope to real world conditions
- Experience building relationships, communicating clearly, handling questions and objections
- Organized and self directed, able to manage time and multiple opportunities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, comfortable working in a sales driven environment

Responsibilities
- Assess plumbing systems, identify issues, recommend solutions, build trust with customers
- Review drawings, develop estimates, create proposals, align scope with real conditions
- Manage a pipeline of quotes, follow up on leads, maintain momentum to close work
- Coordinate with internal teams, stay organized, track activity, support smooth handoffs
- Develop design build solutions that balance cost, performance, and long-term value
