Requirements

High School Diploma required.
College/University Diploma required, with a focus on Sales & Marketing preferred.
Experience in customer service, sales, and/or distribution required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
Minimum 5-7 years of related work experience.
Previous management experience required.

Responsibilities

Implement and manage a consistent follow-up program for Outside Sales Representatives and the Quotation team.
Develop new customer opportunities by calling on specifiers and engineers.
Call on and/or visit major accounts to continuously develop customer relationships.
Maintain open and positive communication with internal staff (Sales & Administrative, Quotations, Marketing, Branch Managers) and external stakeholders (customers, engineers, vendors).
Monitor and actively resolve customer issues to ensure excellent customer service.
Collaborate with purchasing to manage product pricing for customers and provide feedback.
Work with the Vendor Relations Manager to ensure cohesiveness with vendor strategies.
Manage the CRM system.
