As a Manager of Project Management in Capital One Auto Sales, you will lead key strategic initiatives for the Sales Line of Business in the Enable Sales Command Center. The Command Center serves as the nerve center for designing, managing and improving processes that drive growth and success for our Sales Associates and Dealer partners. You will serve as a project leader and subject matter expert to execute high priority initiatives and deliver results that significantly impact our Dealer customers’ bottom line. General Responsibilities: Strategically Lead Complex Programs: Drive and govern moderate to large-scale, complex projects and programs, providing strategic direction, establishing clear structure, and developing adaptive project plans to meet changing requirements. Ensure Flawless Execution & Risk Management: Oversee meticulous project documentation to mitigate risk, ensure accountability, and deliver all initiatives on time and to intended goals. Cultivate Cross-Functional Partnerships: Partner and influence stakeholders across all levels of the company, providing strategic thought partnership and leveraging exceptional communication skills to secure alignment and drive commitment delivery.
