The office manager answers calls, takes and delivers phone messages, assists with dismissal procedures, interacts with parents/families and performs other duties as assigned for Project Rise after-school held at Walton Elementary. The ideal office manager is an organized, high-energy professional with administrative (office) experience, and proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. S/he must possess exceptional communication skills to handle parents and staff, maintain strict confidentiality, and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced, and energetic environment.
