About The Position

The Project Quality Manager – PRS System (PQM) is a program-oriented leadership role responsible for defining, integrating, and executing the quality strategy across the partial-to-full propulsion system program lifecycle. Working at the intersection of Program Management and Quality, the PQM aligns quality deliverables with program timing, cost, scope, and risk objectives. The role drives cross-functional convergence, disciplined milestone execution, proactive risk and dependency management, successful program launches, and sustained customer satisfaction. The PQM defines and implements quality plans throughout the program lifecycle, leads quality convergence from early concept through six months post-SOP, and oversees quality targets, forecasts, risks, and customer satisfaction metrics. The role integrates APQP and PPAP deliverables at sub-system and system levels and coordinates with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, vehicle programs, industrial teams, and program stakeholders. The position manages program governance, milestone readiness, risk reviews, escalations, issues, changes, and required deliverables. It also provides program-level quality reporting, supports launch and post-launch activities, and leads early warning and rapid-response efforts when needed.
